Polka dots have always been a print that I’ve always secretly loved without really investing in some pieces. It’s the classic print I’ve never dared to wear as an adult, since I wore a lot of polka dots printed clothes as a kid. Unconsciously, I’ve always seen the dramatic geometric print as juvenile when it can actually be one of the most feminine print out there. Dolce & Gabbana is actually a great example of this, since they have been rocking the dots for ages!
I got the blouse I’m wearing from Finery London. I just love the fit and the unique asymetric design of this blouse! For this outfit, I went for a slight vintage vibe since this print was all the rage during the 60s. I put on my favourite pair of vintage inspired flare jeans from Mango. Despite the navy colour, it matches really well with the polka dots blouse. I added a bag from X Nihilo to finish the outfit. The brown tone of the bag helps to warm the outfit up a bit. It’s also a great finishing touch, since I didn’t added anymore accessories, such as a belt.
