And the gingham saga continues! I won’t write anymore how much I like this pattern, I’ll just rehash the same old thing! Last week, I ended up visiting a lovely village close to mine called Châteaudouble. It really is one of my favourite village in Provence. It’s a very relaxing place and as it’s located up in the mountains, the view is just wonderful!

I go there pretty often  and everytime my outfits are rather similar: simple and relaxed. Hence why, today’s outfit has those kind of vibes. Styling gingham have always been an easy thing. When most people like to style this pattern with broderie anglaise I like to go for simpler materials. Hence why, I paired those gingham pants with an oversized linen shirt (Am I the only one obsessed with men shirts?). To finish the look, I picked a pair of red sandals and a straw bag.

How do you like styling gingham? Comment below!

Linen shirt: Marks & Spencer (Old collection)/ Gingham trousers: Zara (Old collection)/ Red slides: Zara (Old collection)/ Straw bag: Stella Forest

I like to style gingham with a simple blouse, similar to the one you have on now, or another item with gingham print but perhaps in a different colour. Linen has been everywhere this summer and it’s one of the trends I can totally see staying for a while and that I would actually wear! It’s a comfortable, light, and soft material perfect for summer and it creates a very relaxed feel. Linen dresses are so beautiful! The village you are currently sounds trés magnifique! Have a wonderful week 😀
